RPIP-64 sets initial quorum values ahead of the Protocol DAO's first on-chain vote. ## Outcome If Positive The pDAO asks the guardian to change two protocol settings: - `proposal.quorum` = 15% - `proposal.veto.quorum` = 20% ## Outcome If Negative The quorum settings will retain their current values: - `proposal.quorum` = 30% - `proposal.veto.quorum` = 51% ## Rationale The standard quorum parameter mirrors the Snapshot quorum in function and should therefore be set to the same 15% value.
